Filter Category 1:
Light Transmission: 43-80% of visible light. Lens Color: Light tint, often yellow or rose. Use: Enhances contrast in low light conditions such as cloudy days or early morning. Provides some reduction in solar glare while maintaining good visibility.
Filter Category 2:
Light Transmission: 18-43% of visible light. Lens Color: Medium tint, often amber or brown. Use: Suitable for moderate sunlight conditions. They offer a balance between glare reduction and visibility, making them ideal for partly cloudy to sunny conditions.

They provide maximum protection against sunlight but are not recommended for driving due to their darkness.
